Our mission is to develop strong relationships with families and community, so that all of our students will be motivated and empowered to achieve their personal best.  Our theme this year is “Here we grow!”  Growth mindset, growth in development, and growth in our academic achievement remains a high priority at FHH.

Please take an active role in your child’s education. You are always welcome at Frank H. Hammond through volunteering and through our very supportive PTO.
